I recently received a call from customer service regarding the above order. I had received no follow-up emails from you regarding its delivery (as I usually do) & so had no idea whether she had received it or not) & apparently the intended recipient (Michila) had left for out of town that evening & later told me she hadn't rec'd the flowers. I guess they were delivered to a neighbor since Michila was not home. Anyways, Bloomex said that they'd do a redelivery on February 5th, which was very kind & shows the calibre of company you run. However, I just found out the Michila just returned from her vacation & the neighbor brought the flowers over—they were almost spent, but Michila appreciated the thought. I think it was my fault for not knowing that she was headed out of town & arranging a different delivery date. You made a good faith effort to get them to her.in this day & age of slim profit margins, if you do not wish to make the redelivery on Feb. 5th, I will understand. Thanks again for your kind attention in this matter & I apologize that it was such a mess!
