On March 16th we signed up for an installation of a walk in shower tub and the very next morning we contacted our broker and he informed us that we did not have the funds to complete the job. So we called March 17 left two messages and we also talked to the sales representative and explained to him that we could not complete this contract. Premier Care sent us a letter dated April 19 and informed us that we could not get our deposit of (3665.00) dollars returned. Can you help us?
