I am so upset with TRX that I’m making it my duty to let as many people know and share my experience with others about a much better company and a much better situation so I’m posting this as many times as I can to get the word out.
I am an independent tax preparer that used TRX just like you, and through months of research, trial and error and by the grace of God I have finally found a software company that cares about their customers. Trust me I have done research on them all, drake, tax slayer, tax wise and countless others. I’m sure every one of you know these names. None of them compare with the company that I am using now.
TRX used to have me on hold yelling at the representative and begging for a supervisor. With this new company I was rarely on hold for more than two min even during the busy part of the season.
