Bought one of their units at Lowe's, missing parts, slip in the box claims contact us before returning. Did what they said, 3 emails and a phone call that went to voice mail and no response. Company appears to be another take the money and run, avoid. Go with brand name such as Comfort Glow. Taking unit back to Lowe's for a refund and buying another BRAND name.
