I placed an internet order for 2 pogo sticks. I received a confirmation and my credit card was charged the $169 for 2 pogo sticks. Several days later, received email stating they only had one in stock and they asked if I wanted them to send that one or to cancel the order. I replied later that day to send the one. Received reply the next day that they were now completely out of stock so they ended up not sending anything. They never credited my account the $169 and have not replied to any emails asking them to refund. I am looking to get credit through my VISA account.
