Never received my order, sent them an email they reply that they are out of stock

Made a $620 order, never received the order, sent them an email asking where the order is and the send one back saying that the are out of stock. I made a copy of the order before i closed the link on the web page and i have the email they sent me saying they are out of stock. I have replied asking for a refund, so i'm waiting to here back from them
