6/8 Had both lunch and dinner today. Listed on the bill is request to give feeback and receive a $10.00 gift card. Well went to site and found no place to enter feedback. Survey code 9014-80061-05061. So where is my Gift Card? Why bother wasting anyone time to go on line and still find no place to enter feedback... Like your rest. But other than that, the rest is just a waste.
