Misinformation About Interprete

Dr. Alice Kung wanted to set up the 3 next months which happen 3 months ago. I had been asking them half month. They gave me mixed message. Finally last Monday Dr. Kung explained to me that staff ASL interpreter canceled. I stuck I asked my case manager by D.M. H if she could contact the person for me. The result that ASL interpreter was not available and already informed Internal Medical. She cant be available Unfortunately. There are no back up. One I am conner that they never told me they cancelled 3 months ago. It was forever till April 21 as longer I already transfers to other It won't affect to solve the problem. Its very hard for Susan is be an staff interpreter. That caused my physical health problem pop up few. I am objected that they never informed 3 months ago and never told me to change it.
