All individuals and interpreting agencies beware of RxMedco, it is a huge scam! RxMedco contacts interpreters or interpreting agencies to help cover their interpreter assignments and do not pay. Once the interpreter or agency starts calling RxMedco for their payments they are never contacted again for more work, they go on to the next person/agency who falls prey to their game.
This has been a constant strategy of RxMedco to stay away from paying the people they hire to provide transportation/interpreting services. Agencies are contacted by people such as Leela, Eddie, etc... No last names, no physical address as they only provide a P.O. Box for billing purposes. No trace, no where to collect, no one that will give an answer to an invoice, unless...
You are really persistent and then they forward all inquiries to a lady named Susan who promises to take care of your invoices but never does. Her fax number is 19497155061 for all of you interested in flooding her fax machine with invoices. If you want to hassle her a bit more, call her at 877 796 33 26 and get her extension number from the system, this will really get her going.
We have tried so far as to get RxMedcos attorney Mr. Bob Lowen to return our voice messages to no avail, he will not return our phone calls! For all of you in need of Mr. Lowens telephone number, it is (954) 347-8703. Try seeing if he returns your phone calls!
This company thrives on deceiving people for their services and literally it is a fight to get your money paid!
