Are you aware you-can't spend your excise duty from your own Bill-Pay online? I then found out the costly way-when I acquired a Need Notice with $80 value of costs for not spending promptly... I thought it had been all looked after, since I have had settled my 1st quarter excise duty without any issues. After I named, not just was I on-hold for 25 units, however they explained it had been "A Glitch" the excise duty was compensated the very first time - Therefore, I had been SOL. I went into the Department, however pissed, and 6 nights later, haven't noticed in the Department Supervisor who began upgrading me the very first evening, but I've not seen from since. They allow it to be riduculous and costly to shut your consideration. Not really a happy camper.
