To whom it may worry - zpdl organization

We've been charged $166.99 for 7 collect calls from the halfway house in philadelphia. Breakdown as $6.71 simply to connect and $. 79 per minute. We're very upset that the company is benefiting from people. With one of these extremely high prices for calls. It cost just 50 cents to call primary. I (deborah) named your organization and spoke to debbie. Friom ncic in those days she offered mean change that quit an extremely high-cost. I requested to speak to her supervisor and was told she's no boss. I creating to ask that you be cost in altering this statement.
