Sleepy's is not professional at all. Having had back problems for some time I decided that a good firm mattress might help.in April of 06 After negotiating for an hour we settled on a $2000.00 Sterns and Forster.
After about 7 month's we had to have some one come out to inspect it because it was sagging on both sides. The sleepy's tech had stated that the mattress was defective and that it should replaced by sleepy's free of charge.
Now maybe the tech was out of line telling me that but then again he's the expert.
After waiting for someone from Sleepy's to contact me for over two weeks I felt that I should contact them.
I was denied a new mattress and was told that It was normal wear and tear. As the condition of the mattress continued to deteriorate we again contacted Sleepy's four months later and again they said that the body impressions, now almost 2 inches in depth, was normal.
We contacted sleepy's again in March of 08 and by now the body impressions were now over 2 inches and much to our surprise sleepy's has agreed that the mattress was defective HOWEVER, they now claim that the photo's they have taken now for the third time show evidence of a stain which VOIDS the warranty.
Mattress professionals???
Make sure you purchase your next mattress from a company that stands by thier product.
