I was told to bring car in as check engine light on. The codes were to decarbon the engine and reset the computer. I decarboned at allchin brake and steering and they told me to bring to Ford dealer to reset computer. This was all I had to do to get idling needle to setlle down as it keep going up and down. The Ford dealer said when computer was reset it did not fix problem because my battery was bad. I had it inspected twice by two sepatate mechanics and they said it was fine and it had nothing to do with the needle idling. I replaced battery as per ford dealer recommendation. It did not solve my problem. I had to fight to get my money back and my old battery back. I did, so we set another appointment and the service lady said they will check it for free. I fear that is not going to happen and even if it does they are not going to fix my idling needle. But I will try this coming up Monday and if car is not fixed, I want you to know, i will sell this car and never buy a Ford again. Thanks for listening.
