I was rip off by this company. I bought my lap top for school about three weeks ago. 2 days ago when i turn on my computer i couldn't sign on to the internet. A pop up came on and said that my computer had an infection and that i needed their software in order for my computer to work and if i didn't get it my computer was no longer going to turn on and that my systems was going to crash, so i purchase it. I purchase a 3 day trail for $19.95 but when i got my bill i was charged $99.90. Is there someone who can help me please.
