I've been a newegg customer for years! Recently I had a circumstance that required some attention&customer service would barely lift a finger to help. After 1 phone call to customer service that didnt go anywhere, multiple emails that never got answered or even responded to, and one online chat with customer service that went nowhere, I am officially done with them. I'll take my business elsewhere and will not recommend newegg to anybody.
