I recently ordered a piece of software from them. When I received it, I could not install it because the registration code said it was already used. I contacted a Newegg.com customer service rep who told me there was nothing they could do and it would take weeks to get this resolved through the vendor. I told them this was unsatisfactory. I then filed a dispute through Paypal who I purchased it through. (Big mistake) The next day my account was suspended. The next day I contacted a customer service rep supervisor by the name of Elaine Valequez who told me that if I dropped the dispute through Paypal that they would refund my money as soon as I RMA'ed it back to Newegg. I returned the package and Newegg.com notified me that they received it. Now - they are telling me that they will not refund my money. So - they lied to me and now I don't have the software, original registration code, or anything and they have my money. This is fraud in my book. I will never purchase anything from Newegg.com ever again. I have purchased thousands of dollars from them in the past but no longer.
