I usually have no issues with newegg, therefore have never needed to use their customer service center.
I had accidentally ordered the wrong part, and had gone to live chat and talked with a rep, who said I needed to return it. I sent him the confirmation email, stating that I had ordered the wrong part and needed it replaced with the correct part and the live chat kicked me out.
I had sent a reply to the person I was chatting with (Ethan) and have not received any reply whatsoever on how to go about returning it and getting either a replacement or refund.
Just to clarify, I'm not griping at them because I was the one who ordered the wrong part, the issue is noone is replying to my requests for help. I've tried info@newegg, order@newegg, Ethan's email, etc without any success.
This is souring me on ordering from them again.
