Marquee lofts downtown - courtesy officer the courtesy officer made sexual advances toward my 12 year old son and the complex did not fire him and stole my security deposit

OK, here goes.

So I have been living at the Marquis Downtown in Houston, TX for about 6 months with my 12 year old son.

About a month ago the Courtesy Officer on Staff (Caucasian male, dresses homosexual) made sexual advances toward my son on two occasions on his way downstairs to walk to the bus stop to school (inappropriate touching - better left unsaid). When my son told me, I quickly called the management and spoke to Carlos and told him what happened. Carlos told me that he would advise the manager and that she was off that day. The next day comes and still no call. I go down to the office and found out the name of the Courtesy Officer only to find out that he is a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER and they STILL allowed him to work at the complex AND he was the COURTESY OFFICER! He has made numerous sexual advances toward the younger males in the complex and this is no secret among the tenants.
