I purchased & received a phone that was defective I returned the phone and requested a refund No one has answered me questions or informed me of my refund Nationwide

I received the phone on 12-2-03. My credit card was charge $90... The invocie I received with the phone was for 74... And the phone was not working properly. I called Liberty Wireless several times. They said they would send me a return address label to send the phone back and they will credit my account for the difference of the charges. I never received the label.

I called them on 12-8-03 the customer service rep said I can pay and send the phone back fax the reciept to their billing department and my account will be credited. I sent the phone back the same day with delivery confirmation. The phone was received in their returns department on 12/10/03.

On 12/10/03 I called and the representative said the phone was received I told her I did not include the charger she said that she will send me out a label for the charger and make a note on my account for the returns department to release my replacement phone. She said I should receive the phone in 3 days. I did not receive the phone or any calls or any corresspondance from them. On 12/13 I receuved a e-mail that said my credit card will be billed 22.16. I called them immediately and expressed that I was told my account would be charged on the 18th not the 13th and why am I being charged when I don't even have the phone.

I only had the phone for 4 days. The customer service representative said she credited my account for those charges and also made an adjustment to my account and I now have a balance of $53.48. On 12-15-03 I called again to get the tracking number for my shipment. The represenative said that he could not give me that information but I should expect the phone to arrive between 12/17 and 12/20. I never received the phone. I called back on 12/22/03 the representative said that they had a delay with sending out phone due to a high demand during the holidays. He said I am scheduled to receive my phone in their 1st or 2nd shipment. I never recievd my phone.

I called back on 12/29/03 the representative said that I am not going to receive a phone because they have not received the charger. I explained what I was told previously. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The repreentative would not put a supervisor on the phone. I expressed to her that I no longer wish to do business with this compnay. I requested to be refunded for everything that I have paid espcially since I have only had the phone for 4 days and it was not working. I requested a refund of my credit and the cost of the phone. 5 different representatives said they would send me a return label 1 1/2 months later I have not received a return label. And they said they are not going to reimburse me for shipping charges that I incurred.

As of today 1/23 I have not received any type of response (phone call, e-mail, something in writing) from Liberty Wireless. They are also trying to bill me for service that I do not have. They are extremly unprofessional. And I am out of $150.00.
