Coprporate Controllers consumed valuable time of myself and several clients with their bogus Periodic Report form

I, like many other CO business owners, received that Colorado Coroporate Control's official looking form addressing the requirement to pay A$225 annual fee. I set it aside to be researched at a later date when a client called asking about it as they had received the same form for their business. Shortly thereafter the news reported it as a scam but not before disrupting several clients and causing all of us a waste of valuable productive time.

Most of us are hard working business folks who do not appreciate those who concoct a scam to take advantage of our honest efforts.
