Bought a Samsung dishwasher from Best Buy and within 3 months it stopped working. Contacted Samsung and service man responded to do warranty work. Parts were ordered but 3 weeks later still not here. I have contacted Samsung numerous times and discoverd parts not availoable. Web forums confirm im not the only one with this exact problem. Customer service is an absolute joke. Do not buy their products.
