This company has been very helpful and professional since I've been dealing with them in March. I had hoped to purchase a continuous ink system for a new printer that was not yet listed as being supported on their website. After contacting them with my question they redirected me to a different product that would fit my needs better - and I've been thrilled with it! I settled on the refillable ink cartridges and while I do have some issues with the printer not recognizing the cartridges from time to time that was expected, clearly discussed on the website and all I have to do is turn off the printer and turn it back on. For the savings I get in not having to buy manufacturer original cartridges, I find the trade off more than fair! I've been purchasing my refill ink from them since, and shipping has been very fast and all correspondence with the company both friendly and professional.
