Unable to Provide Proper Lenses

I was charged $503 for 2 pair of frames and lenses. NO line bifocals and prescriptions. Had to pick different frames, first choice didn't accommodate the prescription. Promised refund after picking cheaper frames ($146.). Dr. Didn't listen when I said I say double with left eye. I requested no liner bifocals in both pair. They ordered lined bifocal in 2nd pair. I returned then, finally recd no line lenses. Still seeing double with left eye. Can't read without eye strain, can't work on computer without neck in akward position and can't see well enough to do oil paintings. Manager told me I had Diabetes that is why their glasses won't work for me. I finally went elsewhere and had different prescription and new lenses put in their frames. Total cost of $503 plus $69 and time and gas for many trips (15Miles round trip). Poor service, poor quality lenses and unqualified staff people.
