Unfair business practice

First statement i actually received was an assortment notice. That is phone bill for my cousin. She's an 85 b/e in a nursing home that's going right through lung cancer treatment with no sources to cover a telephone and so i established this up on her and asked that it's billed in my experience. The nursing home put up all this information and explained i'd be charged possibly directly on my phone bill so long as i'd verizon, nicely i actually do and have been waiting for this to exhibit on my statement. I've had my own medical issues, my husband is also fighting an extremely rare type of non hodgkins lymphoma and today my father is in the clinic. I've never visited any collection agency and current never getting a bill and getting the first one in a collection company. Additionally the bill is a dollar amount no dates of assistance, no providers stated to even know what you're spending money on. I tried calling the organization but since i'm not the name around the account my aunt isn't any you might speak with me.
