This is the 2nd time we've gone through this. The last "scam" called our house 15 times a day wanting my brother to send them more money for this and that (he sent them 400.00), I had to file a complaint with the F.C.C., I had to file a harrassment report with our phone provider, the Police Dept., and ourCounty Atty's office, after I did all that, I had to change our home phone #, I tell everybody I know that get these "mailers" that if you have to send them a processing fee it is a scam, because if you win $, depending on the amount, YOU pay the taxes on it, they do not deduct it first. I can go on and on about these people.in my opinion, these people should be arrested and prosecuted for fraud.
