Their customer service sucks, their products come damaged and in non working condition, they will not call you back or return your e-mails. There warranty might as well be toilet paper. They cannot get parts and will tell you they are sending them out and they will never show up. Check out there report on kansas BBB tells all. I filed a complaint with kansas attorney generals office. They are looking into.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF TOO: file a complaint and stand up for yourself these people need to be put in jail for what they are doing to consumers!!!
