On March 19th i ordered an additional line of service and new phone. The phone cost was 159.00 with a 50.00 instant web discount, making it 109.00. My service is 45.00 plus 5.00 for insurance, with a 5.00 discount for multiple lines. With 2 months of service estimated at 90.00 for two full months, but you will only be charged prorate from the time phone ships on your first month of service which would be on my email receipt. Well i got my receipt, it quoted 159.00 minus 50.00 web discount plus 79.03 plan features sales tax and pro-rated first month and full second month 6.87 sales tax which would be 195.89.
I was charged 206.86 the amount for two full months. When i called about this matter i was told it would be sent to the proper department and it would take four to five buisness days to repost on my account, well that didnt happen. So i called back and was and have been getting the run around, and told i owe them money for my prorated amount. Not only didn't Cricket want to give me a refund but they want to make me pay them 35.00 more dollars.
