I purchased a Sterns & Foster mattress set from Ashley Furniture Store at 5007 Old Bullard Rd.in Tyler, Texas 75703 now known as Southside Furniture on March 12. It was made at Sealy Mattress Co. At 6550 Wuliger Way in North Richland Hills, Tx. Date of Manufacture 3/20. Model #564300 Prototype ID; 6534. It was delivered to my home 3/22. It is a beautiful set and slept fine for the first 3 months and then it began to sag where we lay and had the feel of sleeping in a hammock. Someone came out and measured the indention which was under 1 inch. They came out again and it was just over 1 inch. And where we lay is real soft and hard to turn over. I was told I was purchasing a firm top of the line set. I feel like I was misled. I have been trying for the last 7 months to get some help to no avail. I have tried calling customer support many times. The phone is answered and have been put on hold for up 45 min. At the time and never got through. I have tried every avenue I know how to get some help. I think I have been sold an inferior product. Now when I make my bed it is not smooth as it sinks in where we lay. We have never had this problem with our previous beds. We have stayed in many Motels and Hotels and never have complaints. What good is a warranty if nothing will be solved. We are easy people to get along with and this I feel like we were cheated when we bought in good faith. I would just like to have this problem solved as it is not getting any better.
