After reviewing the Touch of Class catalog, their website AND requesting a swatch (which arrived only 3"x9"), I ordered a $250 bedspread (FREE shipping). When it arrived, and I removed it from the box, it totally did not match my decor. The swatch only included a VERY small portion of the overall pattern. Had the swatch been larger I would have immediately known it was a terrible match because of other colors in the spread. I returned it at my expense ($21). There was no other spread in the catalog that I could use. My next credit card statement showed the credit. HOWEVER, they back charged me another $26.45 for the shipping to me that was supposed to be free. I contacted their customer service and asked them to waive the $26.45. I was willing to pay the $21.64 to return it. Now I spent $48.09 for NOTHING. I will never use them again. The customer to them is always wrong. They would not budge an inch. Not to mention the fact that I did everything I could to determine in advance whether the spread would be a match. Had they included a true representative pattern swatch, I never would have ordered it to begin with.
