What other consumers might not get is that he also said that the autographs were genuine.By sending the items back before receiving a refund here is what happens:
1) I take the risk of him still not refunding. Liars do Lie, afterall!
2) I spend more money by posting them. Good money after bad!
3) By sending back without a refund, I have no legal recourse, as the
evidence (the fraudulent, faked autographs) are now out of my posession.
I HAVE taken legal recourse now.
I HAVE reported this to the BBB
I HAVE reported this to the FTC
And obviously to complaint.
Mr Allen alleges that he has 100% Ebay feedback... Guess what, he doesn't sell his Autographs on Ebay, just records.
He claims to be a member of 4 so-called professional bodies. Try finding proof that they exist... He has Imagined them. Should he be able to provide proof of their existence, then I'll gladly forward my findings to each and every one of them.
ALLEN RADWILL of GUARANTEED AUTOGRAPHS is a liar, cheat, fraud and conman. I have every piece of evidence to back up such claims.
