Complaint / review text:
I bought several autographs on eBay from Jason Klemm of Pennsylvania & purportedly NYC.
After receiving the autographs and upon inspection of them, (his listing photos were all very blurry and I bought in good faith) I chose to return them per his, and this is verbatim, "I offer a 100% money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied!" I wasn't 100% satisfied and chose to return them
and he told to go to hell. I sent the autographs back to him the very day that I received them via USPS Delivery Confirmation and he never even attempted to pick up the package, for an entire month.
Upon PayPal's investigation, they found in my favor and I was awarded the money I was out.
Now, if you had sold authentic Tennessee Williams, Truman Capote, Mario Lanza and Stan Laurel autographs, wouldn't you have picked them up when you were left the first notice of attempted delivery on DECEMBER 2,2008? That's right, he had the opportunity to pick these autographs up since December 2,2008 and had failed to do so. Authentic autographs? I think NOT! Eventually, the package was returned to me
He wrote threatening emails to me and cussed me and did his damndest to intimidate me, to no avail. This character is a lying, counterfeit selling, thief! Of course, this is my opinion.
