I have started direct tv service in july before starting this service they gave me many deals made my attraction towards means I am rhe best server etc etc, if I will sign for 2yr contract they told me these savings
1. They said if I will sign direct payment method by my credit card I can get HD service free for life time.

2. They said I don’t need to pay for any installation or any thing while service will start.

3. According to my plan they said I need to pay $34/month

But when they send me the instrument the wrong receiver that was not suitable for HDTV. I called them for this problem I am unable to see HD channels then, they send me back HD receiver and said it was by mistake, and two times they charged 19.99 dollar for installation and delivery it was extra because they told me every things will be free.

When I saw first month bill it was more than expected they said due to first time they are charging more to installation and etc, next month. Without sending me any statement they keep charging extra money from my credit card and explaining every time sorry for that this extra money will be credited next month, next month when I did not find credited money even they took again double money from my account it made me very upset trying to make me fool.

I would be happy to keep this service if they will give me same deal what they told me before signing the contract

They are trying to befool innocent customers by these deals what ever they are saying before sighning the contract when you will be in contract they will tell you different problem to give you the deals
