I purchased items from them, they arrived and they 1-were NOT what I ordered, 2-they were broken, bent, and pieces were missing.
I contacted them ASAP via phone w / no response then via email with no response. I kept calling and emailing and nothing. Finally I seen them online and instant messaged them. I was told by a "customer rep." to send the items back and once they were inspected I would get a refund.
So, I shipped the items back, it cost my 56.00!!! I tracked the packages and they were received. I emailed them and called w / no response. Finally I got a response saying items would be inspected soon.
That was in December. I have filed complaint with every fraud, FBI, BBB, state attorney general etc. Nothing! It is almost Feb and they have my money (210.00) and thier products.
