I purchased a pair of amethyst earrings for my wife, and two pieces of Swiss gear luggage - padfolio and briefcase. Purchased all of these over two weeks ago. Day after I purchased these, received three separate emails saying products were shipped. First item (Earrings) sent via USPS arrived 7/30. Earrings were not new as described - label showed them being sent from No More Rack Return Department. Also, earrings were not as described, and were not the ones I ordered. Substituted cubic zirconia for the ones I ordered. Total fraud!
Second two items have never arrived. Emails from No more rack saying they shipped indicated FED EX Tracking number. However, FedEX has no such record of ever receiving these items. Fed EX number shows not in the system. When I contacted No More rack by email and advised them, received response that probably FED EX stole them.
Told me they will not investigate.
Suggestion to complaint makers - go to www,icaan. Gov and file a complaint. This is with the FBI. They will investigate.
Also file with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission, and the US Attorney General office. Also file with Fraud division of your State Attorney General, and find out Attorney General in Canada and file complaint there too as well.
