He rented our new lovely home in Santa Fe New Mexico.
He rented our home as a single man who travelled alot on business.
He promptly moved in his girfriend, a baby and 3 dogs.
He trashed our home, destroyed the carpet and kitchen. THe kitchen and bathrooms smelled and looked like something had died in them.
Filthy thruout the home. Trash everywhere. He left without paying the rent and utilities (over $2100)
caused about $6,000 in damage
Stole our leather sofa, leather chair and otttoman.
I wish I would have read about him in usacomplaints.com and about his relationship with the companies and Michael Caridi. More people should read usacomplaints.com before doing any business!
