We rented from the above Landlord at 1804 Braden Cove Plano TX 75074. When we moved in we were promised that the kitchen would be redone within the year and it never happened. We were told at the end of our lease if we signed on again that we would be entitled to $500.00 upgrade to the home, so we resigned and when I asked for the upgrade we were told it was not in the budget so it never happened.in the winter time our furnace broke down we were left in the cold for one week because Mr. Grenier took a week vacation to Mexico left no way of contacting him and left no one in charge of his properties while he was gone. It too almost two weeks to get that furnace fixed. When something broke down in the home it took a long time to get it fixed. Upon moving from the home he promised we would get a majority of the deposit back becasue we replaced things in the home that he did not replace when we moved in and were already missing, we repainted we cleaned the carpets we left that home spotless. All of a sudden we get a check for allot less than he promised and stated there was allot of things he had to replace and do. If you are a smart person do not rent from this man he will take your money use it for vacations and leave you repairing his home. Total rip off artist.
