Horrible X-mas Online Shopping Experience - very very poor customer service

I have submitted a complaint on Hollister's Website. I was assigned ticket number 101228-005775. I will be submitted a complaint to the BBB and my State Attorney General's Office. This is my 1st and last experience with this co. I'm completely dissatisfied with this whole process and you cannot speak with a manager when requesting one.
