Van dyke brothers llc false promises of property purchase for cash

While looking through the internet I found an advertisement of SELL HOUSE FAST. They claimed to buy real estate for cash. We agreed on a price and a closing date and signed a contract. I received
no contact from the Title company who was supposed to be the closing agent. When I contacted the title person named in the contract they did not know who this person was. To this day I had not
heard when this deal is supposed to close. Warning dont fall for this scam!
