I have dealt with Bailey of Cutting Edge Consulting for almost 4 months now. She claimed that she could sell my property and came out to see me and had me sign a consulting agreement with her company. Once this was done, she claimed that she had a bulk buyer for my property as well as, 70 others. We received documentation from Chicago Title for this closing. However, we are all still waiting for this to close. I have not heard from Bailey in well over two months. She has been ignoring my phone calls and emails. She is hiding, as I have spoken with the title company and we are no closer to closing these properties. This person is shady and cannot be trusted.
At first she tried to sell our properties to a company called REO Accquisitions who turned out to be a fraud. Michael Robinson and someone named Oliver and they never had any intention of closing these properties.
Bailey has let all these people down with her consistent lies and leading people on. I have done everything that was asked of me, only to be left her to sit and wander what is going on. I have also found out that she signed the contract and the warranty deeds. I am trying to find out what she is doing and how this is benefiting her.
