Ameriquest
Minimum payment has suddenly increased, bring me over the limit ripoff

A balance transfer to Ameriquest was offered at a minimum payment of $15 per month. It suddenly increased to $36 per month, bringing my account over the limit with an extremely high interest rate. Recent bill is suggesting that I pay more than the minimum payment which is impossible, as I am unemployed and have no income but food stamps.
