3 days ago mr Goldsteen, also called robert luke calls my friend @ work & threatens her to serve her, & I legal summons for check fraud -payup or go to jail. 877-484-7025
. I called him back with the case #& he tells me the same thing -pay up on a credit card now or go to jail for check fraud. I then looked up on the internet and found out it is not check fraud it is a loan-blackmail is illegal in all 50 states... Today I get a message on my phone that says-this is county legal services & they are coming to serve me if I do not pay the client@ 877-484-7025.. Mr goldsteen.
So I call him and he gets angry and mouthy with me-cause I told him I knew the law and the marshals/server out here is
not called county legal services & i filled a complaint w / bbb and tx attorney generals office for all these threats... Etc. If you take out a loan with these payday loan people-they are like sharks to get the money or interest back! You can sue them for harassment and stress -but you have to have it on tape-the treats
