I placed an order with this company and was emailed a confirmation that showed my agreed to "grand total." When Pink Lotus Florist put the charge through my bank, they charged me an additional &4.41 AND an INTERNATIONAL charge of $1.41! I was never informed that they were an internationally based company and thought that I was purchasing from an American company. They did not answer the phone even though I was calling during their "business hours" and their voice mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I next sent an email to their email address that was given during their voice message - but guess what??? That's right, the email was returned as undeliverable stating that the email address given does not exist! I am headed to the bank tomorrow to dispute these charges!!!
