This is absolutely ridiculous! Why has nothing been done about this company yet after all these complaints? People are probably being ripped off as I'm writing this because the website is still up and active. Our plant was never delivered, of course the voice mailbox is full so I can't leave any official complaint, and the email that it says to email customer service issues. Just came back to my inbox as an undeliverable address. I am so angry!
