I ordered flowers for mother's day for my mom they were delivered late of course and they were nothing like the flowers on there website. They claimed they were a local business and i found out later they go through another company that is a local business. My mom emailed the local business and gave them a blast for the the flower arrangment and they said well pink lotus only gave us 28.00 for the arrangment. Well the whole charge was 69.98 so pink lotus took the rest!
They are a rip off i have emailed them 4 times no response i reported them to the BBB and i am going through Paypal to get my money back. Who knows what will happen but i hope no one ever orders from them again. There should be a police investigation for stealing so many peoples money. Also there 1-800 number is out of service and the website is down and i tried phoning them is surrey and the mail box is full thats no surprise!
