This is the slowest internet service I have ever used in current times. It is comparable to dial ups I used back in the 90's and I think they were faster. When I call to complain or question if there is a problem, the representative always sounds like they are in India and state there are no problems they are aware of. They always insinuate it may be my equipment. My laptop works great every where else so I know it is the service.
