Stolen Ring

My friend bought a wedding band for her husband at Kay Jewelers at the Aiken mall in Aikrn SC. She took the ring back to have it sized her brother in law works there and he took the ring out of the safe and brought it home with him when my friend found out she was VERY UPSET her brother in law told her he lost the ring she NEVER told him to take it I feel she sould get her money back or another band.
