I went in your store on congress ave in West Palm Beach, Fla. Off Northlake Blvd. I went to your housewares Department looking for a container to put my tools in (I make jewlery), I found a plastic container 6qt. Clear container, 0403, I saw a sign that said clear plastic container. 94 6qt sterilite, so I thinking this is the same one. I took it to the front to the cashier (Lynn), it rung up as $2.49 (I said to the cashier Lynn the sign read. 94 she said I don't think so that is more than 50% off I said "I don't know about all that, the sign read. 94, she said well I am going to have to get someone to check that that is too much off the price. I felt like she was saying I was not truthful. She called Matt over and I explained to him what the sign read and took him over to the place. He could not show me any container other than the one I saw, I said I want the one that the sign have for. 94 he said (Matt) I can call another store. I said let me talk to the store manager, he said ok, we walked up front and he went and talked to a lady and she came over and said how may I help you I said are you the store manager she said yes, I explained to her that I would not be so upset if the cashier would not have made it seem like I was lying and wanted something for nothing, it was just the way she spoke to me about it that made me upset. Ally said well that is unusual she is a good person, well she may be but it a way you speak to people. Ally said to me after we got to the place.
She said to me you can clearly see that it is a different thing. That pissted me off more, if I could clearly see that I would not have had a problem
I find out later that Ally is not the store manager from the way she handled the situation.
