My Garage door works sometimes and sometimes not it needs to be looked at before the whole thing does not work at all. My Icemaker does not dispense ice at all. I have called Shield Star for 3 days now and no answer and lately the phone seems to be disconnected. I need someone to explain to me what is going on, can I get a refund
