We obtained the product and it did not work. We received Return Merchandise Authorization number 4701 to return the unused product for a refund. The product was returned by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested number 7009 1680 0000 9895 5678 on August 9 and signed for on August 19 by Alla Swan. Subsequent phone calls promised payment would be forthcoming, to no avail. E-mails are not returned.
