Given a Christmas gift of gloves priced at $48.00 while on visit to California. Returned them at macy's LA store and was told I would be given credit on my next bill. When I received bill it read $4.80 as my credit, not $48.00. I have spent on hour trying to get through to macy's customer service or credit service but nothing on any of their sites is relevant. All I want is to straighten out my invoice and I am at business and cannot waste any more time searching for a live person to listen to me.
